Halloween, Alaska will always hold a special place in my ears and in my heart, as they morph the band and their sound through every performance, it's great to listen back to this superb cut from 2014. This whole record shows the broad, broad width of music that is showcased nightly at Icehouse. Highly recommended (while you wait to go to a show inside or in their courtyard, which I even MORE HIGHLY RECOMMEND.) If you need help with the sipping menu too, I am well-versed.

I love all these songs one through five. I love Trampled By Turtles and his solo stuff under the name Dead Man Winter especially his album Furnace. I will however say this is his best. He is best when he is acoustic and with just a guitar singing introspective heart on a sleeve lyrics.
